Clarification

Follow @LalmyBen This decision does not affect the 3 tribunals not devolved (Immigration , Social Sces & Employment) which are under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice in England and therefore will have to follow the decisions made by this Ministry. There are no signs yet for changes in Scotland and everyone is waiting to see if there will be any.

Regarding my pervious message, I would like to make it clear, in particular from what I said above, that The decisions made by the Senior Scottish Judges affect only other tribunals but not those of Immigration , Social Sces & Employment.
